It's All About The Ohana"

This year's theme for our Luau was "It's All About The Ohana"...and this year was especially special because Mya was dancing too. Mya started hula lessons in September and she was so excited to be part of the Luau with me...This is the main reason why my mom flew in from Utah... to see her daughter and granddaughter perform together for the first time. Which,my mom, has always come out to our annual Luau...she hasn't miss a year, thanks mom :)...Here are some photos that was taken of the special event.

 Our Luau are always special, but this year is was a year to cherish...the opportunity to share with my daughter my love of hula and that she truly loves it...is PRICELESS!!!!

Grandma's Visit

My mom came for a short visit at the end of June to see me and Mya perform in the Luau...the day before we headed to Mantio Park to enjoy nature's beauty.

The kids were so excited that they had their grandma all to themselves.

The green house at Mantio Park is simply breathtaking!!!!

We also had a great time strolling around this wonderful park!
